Identify & Challenge Your Schemas

Schema Therapy is a form of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that focuses on identifying and changing deep-rooted emotional patterns, known as “schemas,” which develop during childhood and influence our beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors throughout life. These schemas often lead to negative patterns and psychological distress.

The goal of Schema Therapy is to challenge and modify these maladaptive schemas, promoting emotional healing and healthier ways of coping. Schema therapy can be helpful for treating a variety of mental health problems, including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.
